Overview
In any process, outcomes are clouded by uncertainty and caused by inputs, operations, procedures, random fluctuations and Human Interactions. To identify the hidden patterns of these impacts and interactions and take decisions is a big challenge and bit tricky. In this context, Statistical Methods help to understand the hidden pattern in the data to explain the cause and predict the outcome as well to quantify the uncertainty which will enable data driven decisions.
You can know how to analyze the Process Performance Quantitatively using Statistical Methods as mandated by Quality Standards namely CMMI, ISO, ITIL etc.
You can have strong statistical foundation which will help to understand CMMI High Maturity Process and Six Sigma Framework
Today, data is the new oil. Those who want to analyze data and infer insights from the data need to use Statistical methods to analyse. The entire field of data science and machine learning requires understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
Also the Statistical Methods are demonstrated with a real Case-Study using MINITAB Software.
